The Nutrition Challenge Starts Today. There is still time to sign up if your interested. I will be going over the Rules at 7 pm tonight if anyone is interested and can make it.
Here are the rules in a nut shell.
Each day your record your accountability for each of the 5 Categories. You earn 100 Points for compliance in each category for a total of 500 Points per day. The categories are as Follows:
Nutrition - Eat Clean Paleo
Hydration - Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces
Exercise - Workout and earn your points
Flexibility - Stretch for 10 minutes each day
Supplements - Fill in the wholes in your diet by taking your supplements each day
Start the year off right and set some good habits to stick around for the rest of the year. We know that being really strict isnt sustainable, but the goal is to be strict for a small period of time and set good habits. Then you can move forward with a more balanced approach.
