1) 3 Hang Power Snatch
2) Toes to Bar or Lying Toes to Bar
3) HR Pushups
For the Toes to Bar and the HR Pushup you can do either 6,9,12, or 15 Reps. It is your choice the number you do for each exercise but you need to do the same number ever minute
For the Snatch you are going to start at a moderate weight for you and increase each minute. Your score will the heaviest weight.
