Today we have one of the most famous CrossFit WOD's there is Fran.  Its a hard fast WOD that feels like your trying to sprint for 4-5 Minutes.  The best can go sub 3 minutes but most of you should fall around the 5 minute mark and the slowest being around 7 minutes.  Alot will depend on how you scale it.  Talk to your coach they will help you figure out what is the most appropriate for you.  Its alot of fun so dont miss it!
