Today is a fun day. We are going to test our 1 Rep Max on the Power Clean. Its always fun to test out our 1 Rep Maxes, especially on things like the power clean. Its the perfect blend of strength and skill.
After that we have a fun hard hitting WOD of Power Cleans and Burpee over the Barbell. Its going to get real spicy real fast. This is going to be Fran-esk and its going to hurt. Pick a weight you can go unbroken and fast but make it heavy enough that you want to stop, but dont. This can be a real test of your ability to sprint and push if you let. Have fun with it!
