We are going to start with 10 Minutes to work up to a heavy 1 rep of Squat Clean and Jerk.  I want you to work up to about 10-20% heavier than you plan to use for the workout.  It is not intended on being a work up to a max type of session.  I just want to you to lift a little more than you are going to use for the workout to prime your engine and get you moving well.

Then a little tester WOD.  Move Fast and Move Well!
