Happy Monday! We are starting our first week of our Wendler cycle.You will have three working sets today. The first set will be a 5 at 65%, the second set another 5 at 75%. The third set we are looking for max reps at 85% but at least 5 reps should be doable for everyone with maybe a 6th or 7th rep after. The first two sets should feel confident and doable for everyone. The third set you should still feel very confident for their first 3 or 4 reps. The 5th rep should give them a good idea on how many extra reps to aim for.
