Workout 1 Synchro

All Rep must me be performed synchronized by all team members.

E2MOM 3 Devils Press (40/30#) (20/15#) performed by (1) team member, while other (2) Plank 

36 Medball Rainbow Thrusters (20/14) (14/10)
36 Burpees over Ball
24 Medball Rainbow Thrusters (20/14) (14/10)
24 Burpees over Ball
12 Medball Rainbow Thrusters (20/14) (14/10)
12 Burpees over Ball

Workout 2 

10 Minutes to Establish 1 Rep Max of the Curtis P Complex for each team member.  Each members heaviest lift will be added to give a total team score.  You will have 1 barbell only.

Workout 3 Floater WOD - After Burner

With 1 BikeErg, 1 SkiErg, and 1 Rower perform as many calories as possible in 5 min.  Score is Total Number Calories.  THis WOD is a floater, that means your team can perform this workout at anytime before the 1pm deadline

There will be a Final Workout announced at 1pm.
