This workout is awesome...a great test of strength, endurance, and mental fortitude. The workout should be scored by the weight you choose and the number of rounds you accomplish at that weight. Weightlifting mechanics, strength and endurance all being tested with a heavy barbell. Goal is repeatable, heavy singles. Select your weight carefully as its going to feel heavier as the workout goes on.  Be conservative today.  We will repeat this workout again so you'll get another shot at it sometime next year.  

EVERY :30 FOR 20 MINUTES
1 Power Clean & Jerk
