Today we have one of my personal favorite WODs.  Helen is a classic CrossFit workout and is one of the original "Girls".  Its fun and fast so come ready to for a great workout.  If you have never done Helen before you goal is to just go out at a moderate pace on the first run and try to keep that pace throughout the workout.  If this is your second or third time tackling the WOD you going to want to pick a fast pace for the first run but not an all out sprint it or it will crush you.  You should be able to go unbroken on all the reps, so the run is where you are going to make up the time, plus quick transitions.
