Everything is Better with Friends, so today we have fun Partner WOD.  In today's workout one partner works at a time so you get a little built in rest.  This helps everyone, if you new to CrossFit the rest will help you recover,  for our more experienced CrossFitters, the rest allows us to push harder during our work portion.  Either way Partner WODs are awesome!

30 Minutes
3 Up-Downs
5 DB Power Cleans
7 Box Jump 
Run 100M
Alternate Rounds - One partner does 1 full round while the other rests, then switch
