Testing our fitness today! Goal is to hold onto the DB Push Press for as long as possible each round- can you go unbroken the entire time? If not, we want to choose a weight that we would only have to break up into 2 sets each round. Push the run each round more than you think you should- this is your chance to break away from the pack!

The DB Push Press will test our shoulder strength and stability and with the higher reps of today's workout will test your muscular endurance.  We love the single leg movements like the lunge for its ability to build strength and balance in both the legs and hips.  You will also get lots of cardio in today's workouts so have fun and hit it hard! 

As always if your not feeling great today just take it easy, scale the weight to something that not too tough and get a good workout.  See you at the gym!
