At Home Workout

EMOM x 9 MINUTES
MIN 1 - :40 MAX Jump Rope or Mountain Climbers
MIN 2 - 10 Odd Object Lunge
MIN 3 - 14 Jump Squats or Squats w/ Odd Object

order and any rep scheme.

For Weight use any Odd Object you have in the house.  You can use a Gallon of milk or a Backpack.  If you use a backpack you can fill it with books and some sweatshirts, the sweatshirts help make it softer and easier to hold, book can make it heavy.  Select a weight that is appropriate for you.

We may use this backpack idea again.

If you would like to come to the gym and borrow a set of DB or a KB I will be there between 7-10 am and you can stop by and check it out. You can return it when we reopen.
