Today we are going to do a team WOD with the tires.
In teams o f 2 perform the following 15 minute AMRAP
3-5 tire Flips each – alternate between teammates
10 Sledge Hammer Swings – both teammates do at same time
10 Box jumps - both teammates do at same time
Hollow holds on rings – beginners accumulate 1 minute, intermediate 2 minutes, or really challenge yourself and go for 3 – 5 minutes.
