Warm up:

Mini Grizzly Bear – 3 rounds 3 reps of the Bear with a Bear Crawl after each round.  Weight should be light.

WOD:

21, 18, 15, 12, 9 reps of:

Deadlifts 95/65 lbs

Hang Power Cleans 95/65 lbs

Front Squats 95/65 lbs

Post total time.
