CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes.
CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for any participant at any level.
At CrossFit Stony Brook the CrossFit Kids classes are broken down into age groups. We currently have classes for children 7-12 years old. We will be expanding the program to include younger and older children in the future.
CrossFit Kids Stony Brook classes are broken in 5 week terms. Children can only enroll at the beginning of a term. Class sizes is limited so please enroll early to guarantee your child a spot in the class.
Age 7-12 Monday and Wednesday at 4:00 pm
Term 1 September 17 – October 20th
CrossFit Kids Stony Brook class enrollment is limited to 10 children per class. Once enrolled your child will automatically be enrolled in the following term unless you cancel your enrollment.
If the class wish to join is full you may ask to be put on our waiting list. The waiting list will be used on a first come first serve basis to fill any open spots on the next term.
$125 per 5 week session
Family discount of 10% for any member of CrossFit Stony Brook or if enrolling multiple children.
