Class Descriptions

Introductory  Session

We offer a free introduction to CrossFit.  It is designed to give you a chance to meet the trainers and find out what CrossFit is all about.  The session will include discussions about CrossFit and our work out programs.  The trainer will warm you up and then spend some time teaching you a CrossFit movement.  You will get a chance to try a short CrossFit work out followed up by some lite stretching exercise.  The trainer will then go through the programs we offer and make a recommendation on how to get started.  If you are interested in joining they can sign you up right then or you can go home and think about it.  We offer this intro as a 1 on 1 session that you can based on availability.

Beginner Classes

A group class based on today’s WOD.  The beginner class is designed for athletes that have finished the On-Ramp program or Foundations program and would enjoy extra instruction and a slower pace before joining the regular WOD classes.

All Levels Classes

Varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD).  The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.  Each class will be different but they all have a warm up, the WOD and a cool down.  Some classes may have extra skill work, mobility work, strength work or endurance work.

Please get to all class or session early so you are ready to start on time.  Bring plenty of water!
