Junk Yard Dog Warm up

WOD:

Begin with an appropriate weight and perform 1 clean every minute on the minute, add 10 pounds each minute.  This portion of the work out ends when you can’t complete the clean.

Then rest 3 minutes and complete 2 cleans (at 85%) every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.
