Overhead squat 5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1 reps

then

3 rounds for time:

20 Deadlifts

5 Power Snatch

10 Overhead Squats

15 lateral jumps over bar

The weight on the barbell should be 50-60% of your 1 rep max on overhead squat, adjust accordingly.
