Before the main WOD today I want everyone to take a run at the Baseline WOD – for time:

Row 500 M

40 Air Squats

30 Situps (abmat)

20 Pushups

10 Pullups

Today’s WOD:

Broken AMRAP 5-4-3-2-1 with 1 minute rest between rounds

10 Power Snatch 75#/ 53#

10 Steps Walking Lunge with 25#plate overhead

10 Wallball Situps
