20 Box Jumps
One rep of the bear consists of a power clean, followed by a front squat, press, back squat, press. You can’t combine the power clean and front squat and you can’t put the bar down, then 2nd and 3rd rep must be touch and go. You may fix your grip while holding the bar but not while it is on the floor. If you drop the bar or rest the bar on the floor in the middle of the 3 reps you must start over.
