The 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games start February 22nd. The first stage is the Sectional and they happen right at our gym. It last for 5 weeks with one workout each week. We will perform the workouts on Thursday nights and Saturdays.
I expect everyone to signup and participate! Even if your new, or don’t think you can do it. I want CrossFit Stony Brook to be the first gym with 100% Participation in the games. It is a lot of fun.

In the top right there is a Sign In button that also say register and compete. After you create a login you can register. You can then update your profile and join our team. Make sure you select Crossfit Stony Brook as your affiliate and join the team CrossFit Stony Brook.
