Dont worry if you think you cant do a leg split we have progressions to help increase your flexibility.  This is really designed to help you with your overhead split position used in the split jerk.

Note: Next Monday is Labor Day, we wont have any evening classes.  We will have a 10:00 am and 11:00 am class.  Then you can go enjoy your last unofficial day of the Summer.

We will be adding a new classes tomorrow. Sean will be teaching a 10:00 am and 11:00 am class.

I am sorry but we wont be posting the workouts for the rest of this week.  You will have to come in to see what your doing.

 

Don’t forget the 8:00 pm class is canceled this week.  We are closing at 12:00 on Saturday and No classes on Sunday.  I am sorry for any inconvenience his causes you.  Our normal schedule will resume next week and we will be expanding the class schedule in September.

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.

Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.

Post Tabata score for each exercise as Round Reps and total those for final score as Total Reps.
E.G., 10, 22, 9, 15, 15 = 71
